Position Description:  Assistant Administrator

  • Provide day-to-day management of secondary career and technical education.

  • Coordinate Occupational Advisory Committee Meetings.
  • Coaching teachers.

  • Be present in the building at all times students are in attendance.  Notify the Director in advance of his/her attendance at outside meetings or conferences so that adequate measures for supervision can be arranged.
  • Enforce school rules and regulations, which pertain to student conduct.
  • Resolve problems concerning adverse student-teacher relationships.
  • Supervise the arrival and departure of school buses.

  • Encourage teacher-parent conferences as a means of resolving student problems and establishing public support.
